    Rated 4 out of 5 by Tommy48 from Hard to rate a fire safe unless you have a fire The safe seems to be made well and strong. However, its smaller inside than I thought it would be. Also, as stated in the title of my ratting, you can't really rate a fire safe unless it actually been in a fire.

I honestly spend the extra money for this thinking it was going to be better quality, like my parents whos had there's for the last 20 some years. That's not the case here, will be probably exploring other brands since these only come with a 1 year warranty.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed123 from DIMENSIONS NOT UNIFORM They list this safe on their website as having a width of 12 inches. It's not 12 on the top and gets narrower as you go down. Therefore hanging file folders don't fit in the safe properly. Called their customer support and waited for nearly 20 mins before someone picked up just to be told they only thing they can do is bring it up in their next team meeting. Safe's handle also feels like flimsy plastic. Do yourself a favor and pass on this safe and company.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed from Cheap plastic I bought this safe to store important documents. Opened it yesterday and the whole plastic lock assembly panel fell off the lid. It was only glued on and could easily be pitied apart with a screwdriver. I returned it and will not be purchasing anything from SentrySafe if this is how they build their products.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by RKO2 from Handles! Brilliant idea It's a good safe (not that I've thrown it into a fire to test it mind you!). I do love the key lock and the upper design that incorporates handles. It makes it much easier to move when necessary. --Rather than having to find something to pry underneath it in order to attempt to slip my fingers underneath, then to wiggle them under enough to get enough space for my actual hands. It was murder if you have carpal tunnel.
