    Rated 2 out of 5 by Michelle_r from Broken lock After 2 weeks of use while removing the key in the in the unlock position, the key lock halfway turned and is now stuck in between the lock and unlock position. I emailed the company and their only suggestion was to take it back to the store where it was purchased.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by Lori M from Great affordable way to protect your valuables. I looked at several safes before I purchased this model made by Sentry. I am very happy with my decision. It is the perfect size. You can fit documents without having to fold them. It has a key instead of a combination to open it. If you register the safe and ever need to replace the key, it is an easy process. Sentry has been making safes for a long time therefore you shouldn't have to worry about the company being around in your lifetime. It's a great safe for the money.

It is plenty big enough, and seems like it would survive a fire. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the free replacement if there is a fire. Of course, the unit is only one day old, so we will see how it holds up over time. That is only reason I did not give 5 stars.

However, just recently, the lack appears jammed and I am unable to lick or unlock the safe. I reached out to Sentry providing images of the model and serial number about a month ago but never received a reply. Not impressed

I can get a replacement lock and keys on-line for half of what you want for a key. Many articles on line how to pick this lock with paper clip. Just leaves me with bad feeling toward company. The safe itself is fine.

Has been over a day and still can't use lock. Unfortunately bought it a few months ago and never got around to using it until now and can't find my receipt. Won't buy another one!

The only downside is there is no handle to lift up the safe with. You have to carry it like you'd carry a small box without handles. Overall, a quality safe to protect valuables.
